A romantic mountain retreat in Andrews turned out to be exactly the right setting for Margaret and Harrison. Their day ran on classic hues of blue with lush spring florals, and the details were theirs alone: lavender taper candles, lace table runners, and an individually stitched linen napkin at every seat.

Telina and Nate took a Bridgerton brief and made it fashion-forward: pastel blooms in blue, pink and cream, fruit and moss down the centre of the table, and dinner served al fresco outside the estate in the quiet lakeside town of Lake Wales.

Gabby and Trey wanted an elevated outdoor dinner party rather than a formal reception, and Big Spring Farm gave them the room for it: live music, great food, cocktails as the light went, and long tables set out on the grass in front of the barn.

Elizabeth and Andrew kept the palette neutral and let candlelight do the work. A clean-lined gown and a pearl veil completed her bridal look, his tuxedo was black, and after the ceremony at St. Margaret Mary on Park Avenue everyone moved to the Alfond for dinner and dancing.

A hometown couple who wanted the day where they already felt at home. Anna and Sean married in the backyard, put a tent over the reception, ran preppy blue through the details, and Anna changed into a short party dress once the dancing started.

Portraits

An engagement session is the easiest way to get comfortable in front of a camera before the wedding day, which is most of why it exists. Expect direction and prompts rather than stiff posing, and bring the dog.
